Auntie ĀYI is the ‘home well’ 鄉井 and heart of wellwellwell . Celebrating the humble yet legendary home kitchens across generations, and paying homage to the history of “ma jie”(馬姐), Auntie ĀYI is a bastion of traditional craftsmanship and cultural rituals, with a passion to innovate and create modern meanings. Seamlessly weaving the new with the old, our chefs reimagine traditional dishes with a creative twist that bring back centuries-old, fast - disappearing culinary techniques.

TEAHOUSE / BARHOUSE is the ‘city well’ of wellwellwell that mirrors a marketplace that interchanges tastes, flavours and cultures from all around the world. It celebrates the mix-and-match culture that is deeply embedded in Hong Kong people’s blood and manifests itself in the form of Hong Kong’s beloved Cha Chaan Tengs. Inspired by these classic traditions, TEAHOUSE / BARHOUSE serves Cha Chaan Teng classics with a twist by day, each dish a slice of memory from Hong Kong’s food culture. Innovative tapas-style Chinese bar snacks and skewers paired with tea-infused cocktails and seasonal ingredients are served by night.

Remedy Me is the ‘water well’ of wellwellwell - a modern apothecary we created to celebrate and explore the concept of wellness in Chinese food culture. We have worked with chefs and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) experts to create seasonal menus according to the 24 Solar Terms of the Traditional Chinese calendar to heal and nourish your body.
